Notes on prices:

Prices include all fees
Extra people to be accomodate pay an extra of 20euros per night
Stays beyond 7 nights (in the same price period) are entitled to a 20% price reduction from the 8th night on
Reservation Policy – Cancellation

30% of the total sum will be sent as a deposit at the moment of booking
Any cancellation must be forwarded at least 20 days prior to arrival, so that deposit can be entirely returned
In case of cancellation during the stay, client agrees to pay 100% of the settlement difference
The check in is at 14:00 p.m. On the day of the departure the check out is by 12:00 a.m. If you wish to stay beyond the scheduled time, then an additional cost of 50% of the daily rate, is due. In any case, the appartment must be left not beyond 100:00 p.m.
Pets are not accepted
